GENERAL CONSIDERATION:
DANCAS AUTO AUCTION, (Overwheels Corp.) created this space to make it easier for BUYERS to buy you vehicle. This marketplace operates on mutual trust and respect between all parties, allowing BUYERS through its digital platform, to buy their vehicle in a safe and transparent way, providing the BUYER with the necessary tools for this operation.
The sales made at an Auction are intended to promote fair and ethical treatment to both the Buyer and Seller. If Auction determines that the transaction is not fair and ethical to either party, the Seller and the Buyer agree that Auction may cancel the sale, at its sole discretion. Federal, State, and Local laws supersede these policies where applicable.
Auction makes no representations or guarantees on any vehicle sold or offered for sale. Auction is not a party to the contract of the sale. The sales contract is between the Seller and Buyer only. All vehicles bought or sold on the premises must be processed through the Auction office. Failure to do so will result in suspension of trading privileges at Auction.
BUYER AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Complete the Buyer Registration, which includes signing the Buyer Registration Agreement.
- Prior to placing bids, the Buyer is responsible for inspecting the vehicle, listening to and reviewing any verbal or written announcements and disclosures made by the Seller, Auction, Auctioneer or Selling representative. Buyers are also responsible for reviewing all pertinent information available online, including, but not limited to, announcements, disclosures, condition reports, pictures and online listings. Buyers are also responsible for observing and understanding the sale lights (Green, Green/Yellow, Yellow, Red, and/or Blue), which identify various sale conditions for the vehicle. Once the vehicle is sold, the Buyer must review the Auction sales receipt or appropriate document to confirm the vehicle price, disclosures and announcements are correct before legibly printing and signing their name or digitally/electronically signing the Auction sales receipt or appropriate document.
- Bidding can be done through website "WWW.DANCASAUCTIONS.COM" or in person.- Transportation is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must arrange for the vehicle to be picked up within 3 business days from the date DANCAS AUTO AUCTION notifies him that the vehicle is ready for pick up, or request DANCAS AUTO AUCTION transportation services.
- The buyer has the option to request a quotation from DANCAS AUTO AUCTION for the transportation of the vehicle. - The buyer has 1 day from delivery to notify DANCAS AUTO AUCTION via our online arbitration request form.

- Payment must be made the same day the vehicle was purchased, vehicles are not delivered until they are fully paid, in the case that had been financed, the vehicle will not be delivered until the bank that financed the car has not made effective funds in the account of DANCAS AUTO AUCTION.
- If the title is not received by DANCAS AUTO AUCTION Within 30 days of the sale, the buyer has the option to cancel the sale. The buyer is encouraged to work with DANCAS AUTO AUCTION and the seller into locate the title due to problems in receiving a clear title. If the sale is unwound, the seller will be responsible for transportation and undoing costs plus reconditioning costs.
- Excessive DMV fines will be remitted by the seller to DANCAS AUTO AUCTION followingcommunication with the seller and/or the commercial office of the seller, and reimbursed to the buyer.
BUYER agrees with this Overwheels Corp. dba DANCAS AUTO AUCTION (www.dancasautions.com), BUYER Registration Agreement Including Rules, Policies and Procedures. PURCHASER agrees to be bound by this Agreement. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to preclude DANCAS AUTO AUCTION fromfrom canceling BUYER's privilege to purchase or sell vehicles at the Auction at any time.
DANCAS AUTO AUCTION may terminate the Agreement at its sole discretion. The undersigneddealer or authorized representative hereby affirms that all information in the registration is true and accurate. in the registration packet is true and correct, including the financial and background information provided for the auction.
